Contrast Cleaners participates and organizes charity events to help, foremost, children and the underprivileged.

During the last 8 years the company has helped the needy living in the Marino region, where our main facility is located. Through the local administration, we have distributed vouchers for free dry cleaning and tailoring services.

Particular attention has been given to veterans, who have fought for their country. Every year, in honour of Victory Day, we have an event to help veterans of World War II by cleaning their suits for free.

From the 1st to 15th of June 2006 our company ran a charity event collecting clothes for donation to orphanages in the Tula region. During the course of two weeks our customers brought in their unwanted clothes. This charity event was our first and was very successful. We collected over 500 items of childrens clothing that we repaired and cleaned for free as needed. All items were given to orphanage Zhelybino Village and Odoyevskiy Orphanage for Invalid Orphans located in the Tula region.

From the 1st to the 15th of September 2006 our company repeated our charity event collecting children’s clothes for the needy. The event was a great success collecting about 800 children’s garments. After cleaning and some repairs, the clothes were given to the administration of the Marino region for distribution to the needy in the region, to the Zhelibino Orphanage and the Odoevsky home for Orphan Invalids, which have become during this time, our good friends.

From the 1st to the 30th of September 2007 all of our collection points ran an annual charity event collecting children clothes and toys. This year we collected about 1550 items of children clothing, 230 toys and 20 pair children shoes. During October 2007 and January 2008 all items were given to the Odoevskiy Orphanage for invalid Orphans.

From the 10th to the 30th of September 2008 our company ran a charity event named «Coats for Kids». We collected and cleaned 1300 items. All items were than given to three Orphanages in the Elatma Village (Kasimovsky p-n, Ryazanskaya obl.) and to the Centre of Social Protection of Population UVAO of Moscow.

Ежегодная акция «Куртки детям» прошла с 1 по 30 сентября 2009 года. Было собрано рекордное количество — 2180 единиц вещей. Все вещи переданы фонду «Милосердие» при епархиальном совете г. Москвы для «Первомайского детского дома-интерната» г. Кострома, «Хитровщинского Дома Милосердия» села Хитровщина, Тульской области и больнице села Бурашево, Тверской области.
